Race Report

RACE-5 THE LILY RATING 80-60 (CLASS 2&3) 1500 METRES (17)

1 Luen Yat Colorado (Apprentice Y M Choi) –At the turn near the 1200 metres had to be steadied when close to the heels of 4 My Dream.
2 Pacers Bahhare (R Curatolo) –Passing the 50 metres, when attempting a run between 5 Elderly Paradise and 12 Nothing To Say, had to be steadied when tightened for room when 12 Nothing To Say shifted in slightly before being straightened by its rider.
3 Best Season (W Smith) –Was caught wide without cover for the majority of the event; Poor performance; Rider reported that he could offer no real excuses for the performance today.
4 My Dream (Apprentice K Y Wong) –Raced keenly through the early stages.
6 Sunshine Full Life (W L Ho) –Raced very keenly in the back straight; For a short distance near the 500 metres was held up when unable to improve its position; Rider reported that his mount failed to respond to his riding in the concluding stages.
8 Jungle Prince (H Lam) –Over raced in the early and middle stages.
10 Sandtop (L Salles) –Raced three wide without cover for the majority cover for the majority of the race.
12 Nothing To Say (B Yamzon) – For some distance in the back straight was unbalanced when racing tight to the inside of 10 Sandtop; Raced three wide without cover for the majority of the race.

2 Pacers Bahhare (R Curatolo) – A post race veterinary examination of 2 Pacers Bahhare which was disappointing failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
3 Best Season (W Smith) – A post race veterinary examination of 3 Best Season which performed poorly failed to reveal any significant abnormality
