RACE-3 THE THURLES RATING 55-0 (CLASS 4,5&6) 1200 METRES (3)
1 Victory Bo Bo (H Lam) -Was slow into stride.
6 Fort Idaho (K K Lai) -A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality. Trainer K M Chin’s stable was informed that a warning had been placed on the gelding in relation to its poor performance today and a repetition may lead to further action being taken in future.
7 Happiness Rose (A Aucharuz) -Was fractious in the barriers with the rider being struck in the groin. Rider was examined by the Club’s Medical officer and was stood down from further riding engagements as he was suffering from a contusion of the perineum. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of gelding at 3:14pm. Trainers C F Chan/K Seo were informed that a warning had been placed on the gelding for its barrier manners and a repetition may lead to further action being taken in future.
8 One More Again (M Wepner) -A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
9 Koby Boy (Apprentice K Leung) -Cast its right fore plate during the run.
12 River Pearl (R Maia) -At the 700 metre turn rolled out and made the home turn wide.
