RACE-3 SUMMER TROPHY (GROUP 2) Open 1350 METRES (291)

2 Fasuba (K Mizuno) -Brushed 5 River Bobo on jumping away.
5 River Bobo (S Ladjadj) -Was brushed by 2 Fasuba on jumping away. Raced wide without cover throughout. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality other than that the gelding was making an abnormal respiratory noise. Trainer S H Cheong was informed that he would be required to present 5 River Bobo for a scope on Sunday, 30 June 2019.
6 Advance Mission (H Lam) -Was slow to begin.
7 Wichita Linesman (Apprentice C L Cheung) -A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
8 Duke Da Vega (C F Chan) -Jumped away awkwardly.
9 Sheng Li Superstar (W L Ho) -Raced fiercely in the early and middle stages.
11 Benevolent Friend (R Maia) -On entering the home straight was bumped by 10 Oriental Profit when disappointed for a run between 5 River Bobo and 10 Oriental Profit. Near the 200 metres had to be eased away from the heels of 4 Victory Megastar which shifted out to improve. Jockey L Corrales the rider of 4 Victory Megastar was issued with a severe reprimand and advised that he should be sufficiently clear of runners when shifting ground in future.
12 Stadium (K K Lai) -Raced fiercely in the early stages.
