RACE-1 THE WROCLAW RATING 30-0 (CLASS 6) 1510 METRES (53)

1 Desi Master (L Corrales)- Performed below market expectations. Rider explained that his mount failed to respond when placed under pressure and is better suited to races of a shorter distance. A post race swab sample was taken for analysis. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
2 Beauty Legend (C L Cheung)- Brushed the side of the barrier stall when the gates were released and became unbalanced.
4 Beautiful Beach (K H Yu)- Commenced a little awkwardly and lost some ground. Jockey K H Yu when questioned regarding the disappointing performance of 4 Beautiful Beach stated that his mount was reluctant to stretch out on the sand track and is better suited on turf.
6 Honey Biscuit (Apprentice A Liu)- Refused to jump when the gate were released and missed the start by a considerable distance. Trainer S Chow was informed that 6 Honey Biscuit will not be permitted to race for 11 days and until such time that it has performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in an official Barrier Trial.
8 Captain Tesla (K F Choi)- At the winning post on the first occasion had to be steadied from the heels of 12 Big Alloy.
10 Destney (Apprentice X C Liang)- Raced wide without cover and laid out rounding the home turn before giving ground in the straight. Beaten 37 lengths. Apprentice X C Liang could offer no real excuses. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
Trainers K C Tse/P Leyshan were informed that 10 Destney will not be permitted to race for 11 days and until such time that it has performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in an official Barrier Trial.
12 Big Alloy (S H Huang)- Raced ungenerously through the early stages.
