Race Report

RACE-4 AUTUMN TROPHY (GROUP 2)(SAND) RATING O () 1600 METRES (70)

1 Wonder Mossman (C F Wong) –Disappointing performance. A post race veterinary examination revealed the horse was lame in the right foreleg. Trainer K C Chong was informed that the gelding will not be permitted to race for 11 days and until it a veterinary clearance is produced.
4 Sheng Li Win (L Corrales) –Raced wide without cover for the majority of the event.
7 Golden Double (K W Leong) –K W Leong rider of the gelding which failed to muster speed and raced at the tail of the field throughout reported that the gelding resented the kickback and failed to respond when put under pressure.
8 Korean Dream (M Cangas) –Raced wide rounding the first turn.
9 Sandtop (W L Ho)-Rider W L Ho accidently dropped his left rein entering the back straight before regaining use of it shortly after.
10 Advance Mission (K H Yu) –Rider K H Yu advised that his mount resented the kickback in the straight when weakening and failed to respond to his riding. He was advised that he must ride his mounts at least hands and heels to the winning post.
11 Never See Through (W H Lao) –Was marginally slow to begin. Raced keenly through the early and middle stages.
