RACE-6 THE CHEERINE CHAMPION RATING 70-50 (CLASS 2&3) 1050 METRES (373)

1 Firedragon Cthulhu (W Smith) –Was marginally slow to begin. Eased out of the race at the 300 metres. A post race veterinary examination revealed that it was severely lame in the right foreleg. Trainer C F Chan was informed that gelding will not be permitted to race until a veterinary clearance is produced and the gelding has performed satisfactorily in an Official Barrier Trial.
4 Not A Single Help (L Corrales) –Raced very keenly in the back straight.
5 Gunstigmaster (J Cordero) –Jumped away very awkwardly and lost ground.
10 Jade Elite (W H Lao) –Poor performance. Rider reported that his mount raced like a tired horse. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
