The Macau Jockey Club Charity Scholarships Fund 2015/2016 opens for application

The Macau Jockey Club announces that the MJC Charity Scholarships Fund 2015/2016 is now opened for application and the deadline is 26 September 2016.

Local students who are undertaking Secondary, post Secondary or University are eligible to apply. However, this scholarship does not extend coverage to those who are taking evening or distance learning course or admitted to University (Institution) abroad including China.

Details of the scholarship scheme and application form are available at MJC website: www.mjc.mo. On the other hand, applicants can also obtain the application form during the captioned period from: MJC Personnel Department, Macao Daily News, DSEJ, Student Affairs Office of University of Macau, Student Affairs Office of Macau University of Science and Technology and Student Affairs Office of Macao Polytechnic Institute.

Completed application form and necessary supporting documents should be addressed to Macau PO Box No. 1153 and marked “MJC Charity Scholarship Fund” on the envelope, or by hand to the MJC Personnel Department of MJC before 26 September 2016. The results of the selected student will be announced in due course. The MJC Charity Scholarships Fund is a charity fund established by Macau Jockey Club with an aim to support education in Macau. Each year, the Club set aside several hundred thousand dollars from the donation collected on the Charity Day to help outstanding students in need of financial aid to continue their studies. This confirms the commitment of the Club in contributing to the society of Macau.

Persons under 18 years of age and any others to be refused entry into betting centers are prohibited from gambling and entering Cashbet Centers.
