DQ of the two horses K007 & G027 on 16 March 2018

On Tuesday 12th June 2018 the Macau Jockey Club Stewards concluded their enquiries into an analysts finding of cobalt in a pre race blood sample taken from of Dengcheng One (G027) and a post race urine sample taken of Fireman Freddy (K007) above the permitted thresholds.

Acting under MJC Rule 51(6) the Stewards disqualified Dengcheng One (G027) from its 10th placing, when competing in Race 6, The GUIYANG, 60-40 (Class 3&4) 1050m on Friday 16th March 2018.

Acting under MJC Rule 51(6) the Stewards disqualified Fireman Freddy (K007) from its 10th placing, when competing in Race 5, the CHANGCHUN 70-50 (Class 2&3) 1350m on Friday night 16 March 2018.
