MJC expresses condolences on death of Chairman Dr Ho Hung Sun Stanley

The Board of Directors and Staff of The Macau Jockey Club are deeply saddened by the passing away of Chairman Dr Ho Hung Sun Stanley on 26 May 2020 at the age of 98.

In 1991 the Macau Jockey Club was acquired by a consortium led by Dr. Stanley Ho. Since then MJC commenced a great period of growth and development. Dr. Stanley Ho loved horse racing and has led the Club to the International Racing Status and transformed MJC into one of the world class international tourism destinations. Dr. Ho had been widely known for his generosity and benevolent spirit, regularly giving back to the communities by actively providing assistance to the people in need.

The Macau Jockey Club extends the deepest condolences to his family.

A silent tribute to Dr. Stanley Ho will be observed before Race 1 on Friday, 29 May 2020 at Taipa Racecourse.
