1 Fortune Generation (R Maia) - Near the 200 metres was brushed by 8 Ready Fire which was laying in under pressure before being corrected by its rider.
2 One Belt One Road (L Corrales) - Bumped by 7 Nanhai One on jumping away. A post race veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was lame in the right foreleg. Trainer S H Cheong was informed that 2 One Belt One Road will not be permitted to race for 11 days and until a veterinary clearance is produced.
3 Golden Toruk (W L Ho) -Had to be eased over the concluding stages when awkwardly placed on the heels of 1 Fortune Generation which shifted out under pressure.
4 Georgian Ease (S Ladjadj) - Leaving the 500 metres had a tendency to hang out. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
6 Satono Eternal (J B Hamel) - On entering the home straight was bumped by 11 Lucky General which shifted in slightly. Near the 100 metres was eased momentarily when attempting a narrow run between 5 One More Again and 11 Lucky General. Over the concluding stages again had to be eased when attempting a narrow run between 5 One More Again and 11 Lucky General which shifting in slightly.
7 Nanhai One (O Chavez) - Jumped away awkwardly and bumped 2 One Belt One Road. Near the 150 metres was inclined to lay out under pressure for a short distance.
9 Wonder Holy (Y M Choi) -Raced wide rounding the home turn.
10 Yings Fans (D Barros) - Jumped away awkwardly. Hung out rounding the first turn. Race wide without cover throughout. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality. Trainer K S Wong was advised that 10 Yings Fans which was beaten in excess of 35 lengths will not be permitted to race for 11 days and until it has performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in an official Barrier Trial.
11 Lucky General (K H Yu) - Near 1300 metres raced fiercely to some distance.
