Turquoise Power (H021)
Derby winner last season with Moreira on top and back to form with a neck win over Lucky Winston in Class 2 & 3 over 1800 metres yielding track on April 1st. Then followed that with a fast finishing 2nd to Lucky Winston over 1500 metres on a soft track on April 28. Loves this trip and loves the wet ground. The one to beat here.

Yang Jiang Star (G045)
A winner of 3 races and placed 6 in Macau but has not won since April of last year. Showed a glimpse of form again with two second placed efforts in October and November at 1500 and 1800 metres but was disappointing in latest 7/12 beaten 8 ¼ lens behind Lucky Winston at 1500 metres soft. Distance here suits and he handles any type of going but needs to life on recent form.

King Creole (D041)
Grand old horse that has won 10 races and placed 11 times from his 61 starts. Powered home from the back in latest to win from Wonder Holy over 1800 metres on a yielding track Class 3 March 18. Did have a slight interruption to training in April but is working well again. Loves the trip and loves the wet.

Chromium Alloy (G090)
Talented racehorse that is often the bridesmaid. A winner of two races and placed 10 times from 27 starts. Latest was a fast finishing 3rd beaten two lengths behind Sacred Man over 1500 metres good to yielding. Has two close placed efforts behind King Creole and Northern Lightning at the 1800 metre trip. Back marker that handles any ground and a great chance here.

Off The Bench (H134)
A winner of two races on the all weather track and then surprised all with a fast finishing 2nd to One From Many over 1800 metres on a soft track April 28. Looks a good chance here if the track comes up soft even though disadvantaged at the handicaps.

Basement (F082)
Three wins at 1700 metres including a win on a heavy track last season. Form tapered off after that but caught the eye latest when running on strongly from the back for 3rd beaten 1 ¾ lens to One From Many 1800 metres on April 28. Not without a chance here if the ground is soft.

River Control (G142)
A winner of 3 races and placed on 8 occasions from 19 starts. A difficult horse to ride that often finds trouble in running. Best efforts have been at 1500 metres. Latest was 2 lens 2nd when resuming over 1200 metres soft behind Modena Favorite. Races handy and handles all going, however two runs over 1800 metres have been below par.

One From Many (G013)
Can be hard to catch at times but on a roll at the moment with back to back wins. Latest was a last to first victory over 1800 metres soft track when he beat Off The Bench. That followed a good win over 1510 metres on sand. Loves the wet ground and the trip.

Paulson (H066)
Very promising three year old on the way up. Won three straight on the turf including one at 1800 metres on a yielding track. Was not suited by the soft track last start when 7/13 beaten 4 ¼ lens to One From Many. Needs a good or yielding track to figure here.

My Fortune Star (J025)
NZ horse who placed over 2000 metres at Hawkesbury so the distance not an issue. Battled on debut when 8/8 behind Starkiller on the sand over 1350 metres last Sunday. Unknown on the wet ground.

Bingo Fantasy (H127)
Australian import that was 4th in the Adelaide Guineas. Has really battled since arriving in Macau. Best effort was 6th beaten 4 lens behind King Creole over 1800 on a yielding track back in March. First run for new stable but needs a miracle on what we’ve seen.

Power Battery (H089)
A winner of two on the sand at 1510 metres and 1350. Latest never going when 9/9 to Chinese Dream. No chance here.

Lucky And Powerful (G089)
Looked good in winning two straight on the all weather at 1510 metres with hard front running displays. Very disappointing last start when 8/9 beaten 13 ¾ lens when favorite. No soft form of note and hard to recommend on latest.

Lucky And Fortune (G119)
Only two wins in Macau have been on the all weather and he battled on that surface last start when 5/8 beaten 11 lens behind stablemate Lucky And Powerful. Out of his depth here.

Stand By:

Contented N Happy (H161)
Australia galloper that was placed at Canterbury over 1550 on a soft track his best effort there. Finally broke his maiden status with a win at 1800 metres off a nice ride at his latest. Huge rise in class here.

So Sweet (F069)
A winner of four races in Macau but form this season is well below par. Battled at latest when 11/11 beaten 17 lens behind Flying Team at 1800 metres yielding.

Windsor Arch Three (E028)
Overall record reads well with 8 wins and 9 placings in Macau. But an eight year old that is only a shade of his former self. Back to the winners circle last start in a weak 1800 metre Class 5 & 6. Will struggle here.
