Stewards Inquiry Report – Jockey C Perkins

Stewards today held an inquiry into the circumstances of Jockey C Perkins’ failure to fulfill 6 riding engagements at MJC racemeeting on Saturday 3 June 2017.

Jockey C Perkins pleaded guilty to a breach of MJC Rule 14(xvii)(a) due to his negligence he failed to honour his licensing agreement with the MJC to provide his services of a jockey to the Club on Saturday 3 June 2017. As a subsequence Jockey C Perkins’ licence to ride in races was suspended for 8 racemeetings.

He was informed of his rights of appeal.
