“Pearl Green” wins the “Macau Guineas”

“Pearl Green” won the “Macau Guineas” on Sunday, 17 June 2018 Racemeeting.

At the “Macau Guineas” presentation ceremony, Mr Thomas Li, Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of Macau Jockey Club presented the trophies to Winning Owner Mr Chan Ming Wing and Winning Trainer K H Leong respectively. Dr Rui Jose da Cunha, Director of Macau Jockey Club presented the trophy to Winning Jockey M Nunes. Before the race, Mr Tang Hing Keung, Senior Honorary Racing Steward of Macau Jockey Club presented the Best Performance Mafoo Award to the mafoo of “Luen On Treasure”.

Carrying the prizemoney of HK$650,000, “Macau Guineas” (Group 1) was an open event over the distance of 1,500 metres on turf. There were no allowances for freelance jockeys or apprentices.
