Mr Balicol Jomel Cabrestante has been granted an Apprentice Jockey’s License effective immediately for the remainder of the 2022/23 Racing Season. He will be indentured to the joint stable of Trainers K C Tse/P Leyshan, with his Master being Trainer K C Tse.
His minimum riding weight is 114 lbs and he will be entitled to a 10 lbs allowance.
