Race Report

RACE-6 THE SHENZHEN RATING 85-60 (CLASS 2) 1350 METRES (355)

1 Crown Of Gold (M Tanaka) -Was slow to begin. Near the 1250 metres was eased when momentarily racing in restricted room between 3 Desi Style and 8 Treasurelakebuddy, both of which shifted ground slightly. Rider reported that his mount was slow to begin tonight and as a result was obliged to race in the kickback which in his opinion his mount resented and had a tendency to get its head up. He added 1 Crown Of Gold never travelled thereafter and did not respond to his riding in the home straight. He further added that 1 Crown Of Gold may not have appreciated racing with the blinkers back on today and may be better suited when racing out of the kickback. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
2 King Of Glamour (F Henrique) -Raced wide without cover throughout.
4 Hostwin Aurora (C L Cheung) -Jumped away awkwardly. On entering the home straight was inclined to lay in under pressure and near the 250 metres shifted in and brushed 8 Treasurelakebuddy.
6 Silent Height (Y M Choi) -Brushed with 8 Treasurelakebuddy on jumping away.
8 Treasurelakebuddy (T Appie) -Brushed with 6 Silent Height on jumping away. Near the 250 metres was brushed by 4 Hostwin Aurora.
